Marah C. Hehemann, MD is a fellowship-trained urologist specializing in men’s health and andrology and serves as an Associate Professor of Urology at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She practices at the UW Medicine Men’s Health Center and focuses on erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, male infertility, and male stress urinary incontinence. Dr. Hehemann performs advanced prosthetic and reconstructive procedures and serves as Associate Program Director of the UW Urology Residency and Associate Director of the Andrology Fellowship, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and advanced practice clinicians to deliver collaborative, patient-centered men’s health care.
Una J. Lee, MD, FPMRS is Section Head of Urology and Renal Transplantation and Urology Physician Lead at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Seattle, and an Associate Clinical Professor of Urology at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Board-certified in Urology and Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, she specializes in urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and complex pelvic floor disorders, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to advance patient-centered care. She is the Immediate Past President of the the Washington State Urology Society and currently serves as Chair of its Women's Health Committee.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES: 1) Recognize common causes and mechanisms of erectile dysfunction following prostate and other urologic cancer treatments. 2) Assess and implement evidence-based treatment strategies for post-cancer erectile dysfunction, including pharmacologic therapies, devices, and referral for advanced interventions when appropriate. 3) Incorporate effective patient counseling and survivorship care strategies to help patients and partners navigate erectile dysfunction following cancer treatment. 4) Describe key recommendations from the AUA Guidelines on Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM) and their application to clinical practice to optimize patient outcomes. 5) Evaluate current evidence regarding the safety and use of local low-dose vaginal estrogen for the treatment of GSM, including considerations for patients with a history of hormone-sensitive cancers. 6) Apply shared decision-making strategies that incorporate patient perspectives when counseling women about treatment options for GSM.
